  • 4. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
    We’re so sorry! Email us at anuqnbusiness@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number — we’ll make it right.
  • 2. Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only, but we’re working on going global soon!
  • 1. When will my order ship?
    All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
  • 3. Can I return or exchange an item?
    Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as your jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order. Note: Custom and sale items are final sale.
  • 5.How should I care for my jewelry?
    To keep your pieces shining: • Avoid water, perfume, and lotion contact • Store in a dry place • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing
