4. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?We’re so sorry! Email us at anuqnbusiness@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number — we’ll make it right.

2. Do you ship internationally?Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only, but we’re working on going global soon!

1. When will my order ship?All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as your jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order. Note: Custom and sale items are final sale.
